Going Back to the Gym...

Hey guys. I've been pretty busy lately but I just wanted to share something.

If you have been following my blog for quite some time, then you've probably seen a few posts of me trying Hello Fresh, talking about my past experiences as a kid, and the trip to my OB/GYN last year. I've been thinking about if I should get back in the gym and start being healthy again...I've fallen off the bandwagon for awhile. I've been to the gym a couple of times but because of my work and school schedule, it's given me the opportunity to make excuses. So I've decided to get a nutritionist, and thank goodness it comes with a gym membership/personal trainer (I'll give the name of the gym later on down the line). On Saturday, I went to the consultation. I felt anxious but excited, got to talk to one of the trainers, did a small movement test, and went on my way to go see Get Out and Beauty and the Beast (both were awesome btw!). I was a little sore from doing that movement test, which wasn't much but I didn't know that there was a technique on how to do squats. I had my first session Monday, I felt like I couldn't do much after the warm up but pushed through. After I was done, I had to run errands and went to Target. As I tried to get out the car, I almost fell. My legs felt extremely weak and later on after I got home, I could barely move. My body was beyond sore and that every time I fell asleep my muscles would stiffen where I could barely roll over. Today wasn't any better, I felt worse than I did yesterday. What sucks the most though is that I have another session tomorrow (Wednesday) and on Saturday as well. Wish me luck...'cause I hope I don't die in the process.
